Materials Release & Submission Agreement

Version 1.0-2026-07-04

By submitting an audition tape ("Materials") to the Gore Wars competition series ("Competition"), operated by Screamify and its parent, affiliate, and successor entities ("Company"), you ("Submitter") agree as follows:

1. Grant of Rights. Submitter grants Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully transferable and sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, modify, excerpt, publicly perform, publicly display, distribute, and otherwise exploit the Materials, in whole or in part, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised — including without limitation the Competition series, Screamify platforms, promotion, advertising, and social media — for any purpose, without further compensation, notice, or approval.

2. Name & Likeness. Submitter grants Company the right to use the name, image, voice, and likeness of Submitter and all persons appearing in the Materials in connection with the Materials and the Competition.

3. Ownership & Consents. Submitter represents and warrants that: (a) the Materials are original and Submitter owns or controls all rights in them; (b) every person appearing in the Materials has consented to appear and to this release; (c) the Materials contain no copyrighted music or other third-party material that Submitter does not have the right to grant hereunder; and (d) the Materials were created with practical effects only — no generative AI and no CGI.

4. Format. The audition tape must be 90 seconds in total: a 30-second introduction followed by a 60-second original horror scene.

5. No Obligation. Company is under no obligation to use the Materials, produce the Competition, or select any Submitter. Submission does not create any partnership, employment, or confidential relationship.

6. Indemnity. Submitter will indemnify and hold Company harmless from any claim arising out of a breach of the representations above.

7. Acceptance. Checking the agreement boxes and submitting the form constitutes Submitter's electronic signature and acceptance of this release. Company records the date, time, and network address of acceptance.
